Bluefrog Inc. is a founder-led technology company focusing on full-stack web development and scalable digital systems. They are seeking a full-time Salesperson responsible for identifying prospective customers, conducting outreach, and building long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
Developing a deep understanding of Bluefrog’s platforms, services, and technical capabilities
Identifying client needs and presenting tailored product and service solutions
Managing the full sales cycle, from outreach through negotiation and close
Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets
Collaborating with internal engineering and leadership teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Qualification
Required
Proven sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet targets
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
Experience managing client relationships and long-term accounts
Ability to identify business problems and position effective solutions
Proficiency with CRM tools and a basic understanding of data analysis
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive mindset
Preferred
Prior sales experience in technology, digital services, or related industries
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
