Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Native platforms
Optimize campaigns to achieve target CPA, CPL, ROI, and LTV
Manage and scale paid advertising budgets efficiently
Ensure all campaigns and creatives fully comply with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement continuous improvements
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and funnels
Work closely with Compliance, Sales, Retention, and Tech teams
Prepare regular performance reports and insights for management
Identify new traffic sources, trends, and growth opportunities
Proven experience as a Media Buyer in Forex, CFD, or regulated financial services
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience with Native advertising platforms (Taboola, Outbrain)
Solid understanding of regulated advertising policies (CySEC, FCA, ASIC, ESMA)
Experience managing performance-driven lead generation campaigns
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and tracking tools
Knowledge of pixels, postbacks, attribution, and conversion tracking
Experience with A/B testing and funnel optimization
Advanced reporting skills using Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
Fluent English (additional languages an advantage)
