Assisting in legal document preparation
Reviewing legal documents
Conducting legal and factual research
Organizing case files
Maintaining communication with clients, attorneys, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of legal services
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Law and experience with Legal Document Preparation
Proficiency in Document Review and detail-oriented organization
Strong Research and analytical skills to support case preparation
Effective Communication skills to liaise with clients, attorneys, and other professionals
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic legal environment
Preferred
Proficiency with legal software and tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred
Prior experience in corporate, estate, or probate law would be advantageous
