Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support a team of Data Center Technicians
Coordinate day-to-day operations including hardware installs, decommissions, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Ensure compliance with data center policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
Serve as on-site escalation point for technical and operational issues

Qualification

Hardware understandingLeadership experienceIT support experienceTicketing systems familiarityCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsOrganizational skills

Required

1+ year of leadership experience in ANY field (supervisory, team lead, shift lead, training lead, etc.)
Basic understanding of hardware components (servers, networking equipment, cabling) OR willingness to learn
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Preferred

Experience in IT support, hardware repair, or data center operations
Familiarity with ticketing systems and workflow tools
