Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Managing communications such as answering phone calls and emails
Organizing schedules
Maintaining records
Preparing reports
Supporting executive staff as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette
Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organization and record-keeping
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Proficiency in office software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Experience in a supporting role within an office setting preferred
associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
