Responsibilities
Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
Track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool
Communicate with the support team with questions
Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
Problem-solve repairs with creativity
Qualification
Required
Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
Ability and desire to work 40 hours a week
Candidates must be willing and able to pass a criminal background check
Clean driving record a must
Preferred
Candidates that possess experience painting with HVLP spray equipment will be given preference
