Responsibilities
Design and evolve a coherent visual system across research outputs, editorial materials, workshops, decks, and physical tools
Translate cultural, strategic, and conceptual frameworks into refined visual expressions
Elevate existing design language with consistency, restraint, and intelligence
Design editorial layouts for reports, insights, and long-form content
Ensure visual coherence across physical and digital touchpoints
Collaborate closely with strategy and research to preserve meaning, nuance, and intent
Qualification
Required
Strong portfolio demonstrating editorial design, visual systems, or cultural projects
Experience with research-driven, educational, or strategy-led design is highly valued
Excellent typographic and layout skills
Ability to think in systems, not just individual assets
Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
Degree in Design or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Familiarity with AI-supported tools and workflows is a plus
