Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy synthetic conversational agents
Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs
Develop and optimize conversational flows using Dialogflow CX and ES
Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve LLM response quality
Leverage Agent Development Kit (ADK)
Integrate and manage APIs using Apigee
Deploy and operate solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Create and monitor Splunk dashboards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and reliability standards

Required

Strong programming experience in Python or Java
Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures

Proven prompt engineering experience for LLM-driven conversational systems
Hands-on experience with Agent Development Kit (ADK)
Experience with API management platforms, preferably Apigee
Experience creating and using Splunk dashboards for monitoring and analytics
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Preferred

Experience in financial services, banking, or fintech environments
Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications
Understanding of conversational UX principles and user-centered design
Experience deploying AI systems in regulated or compliance-driven environments
