Responsibilities
Operate Class IV laser ablation systems for industrial rust and coatings removal
Set up, operate, and maintain advanced laser cleaning equipment
Follow strict safety protocols (laser eyewear, respirators, PPE)
Work within a crew under supervision of Operations Manager & LSO
Document results and maintain quality standards
Qualification
Required
Operate Class IV laser ablation systems for industrial rust and coatings removal
Set up, operate, and maintain advanced laser cleaning equipment
Follow strict safety protocols (laser eyewear, respirators, PPE)
Work within a crew under supervision of Operations Manager & LSO
Document results and maintain quality standards
Physically demanding work requiring PPE (respirators, safety eyewear, protective clothing)
Strong teamwork, communication, and adherence to safety protocols
Ability to follow technical instructions and work in industrial environments
Training will be provided – direct laser experience not required
Preferred
Welding, metal fabrication, sandblasting, coatings removal, or similar trades
