Responsibilities
Performing operational support duties of the Cash Management Department
Providing WebEx product training to customers and/or Bank personnel on the features and benefits of cash management products and services
Assisting with user testing as needed for upgrades and new product development
Providing a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel with Cash Management Online Banking services
Performing customer setups
Monitoring product usage and system operation
Resolving problems within given authority
Helping in the coordination and support of audits and examinations
Performing a variety of routine daily tasks
Reviewing reports, preparing correspondence, and participating in special department projects
Qualification
Required
Experience in operational support duties within a Cash Management Department
Ability to provide WebEx product training to customers and/or Bank personnel
Experience in user testing for upgrades and new product development
Ability to provide professional, technical, and general support to customers and Bank personnel
Experience with Cash Management Online Banking services
Ability to perform customer setups and monitor product usage and system operation
Problem-solving skills to resolve issues within given authority
Experience in coordinating and supporting audits and examinations
Ability to perform routine daily tasks, review reports, prepare correspondence, and participate in special department projects
