They are seeking a Deployment Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of new projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.

Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end deployment of new projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines
Develop and manage deployment strategies, schedules, and resource plans
Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams, clients, and partners
Monitor progress, proactively manage risks and issues, and implement corrective actions where required
Ensure deployments meet contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements
Drive operational readiness and ensure seamless transition into steady-state operations
Capture and share lessons learned to continuously improve the deployment framework and processes
Qualification
Required
Good working knowledge of Primavera P6
Construction background (trade, engineer, QS, Planner etc)
Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
Clear and confident communicator who can engage effectively at all levels
Proven experience in project management or deployment management within complex, fast-paced environments
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive accountability
Comfortable working under pressure, with a strong focus on delivery and outcomes
