Responsibilities
Design and develop mechanical architectures and assemblies for robotic systems, with a focus on reliability, performance, and deployability
Collaborate closely with controls, electrical, and software teams to integrate actuation and electromechanical components into cohesive systems
Build and iterate on functional prototypes, test mechanical performance, and refine designs for robustness and manufacturability
Qualification
Required
Have a strong track record as a mechanical or mechatronics engineer working on real-world robotic or electromechanical products
Deep expertise in mechatronic systems, including actuation systems, electromechanical integration, and machine design
Proven experience taking mechanical systems from idea to deployed product, with clear examples of projects 'brought to life' in hardware
Preferred
A hands-on mindset and enjoyment of working directly with hardware, experiments, and test setups rather than purely theoretical design
