Assist clients in identifying and selecting appropriate insurance coverage, including private PPO health plans, based on their unique needs
Selling and managing insurance policies
Educating clients about insurance options
Maintaining strong client relationships
Staying updated on industry trends and regulations
Requires a proactive approach to customer service and a commitment to helping clients navigate their insurance options effectively
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
Knowledge and understanding of Finance principles relevant to insurance and coverage options
Strong Customer Service skills with a client-focused mindset
Active licensed insurance agent accreditation
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
Previous experience in the health insurance or financial services industry is a plus
Familiarity with local markets in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area is advantageous
