Account Executive
The Aim Agency is a growing independent insurance brokerage specializing in both commercial and personal lines insurance. They are seeking a motivated Account Executive to generate new clients, close sales, and manage renewals while building their own book of business.
Responsibilities
Prospect, quote, and close new business across personal and commercial lines
Build and manage your own book of clients
Maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals and referrals
Conduct policy reviews and cross-sell additional coverage when appropriate
Accurately input and manage client data in the agency management system
Use comparative raters to quote multiple carriers efficiently
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and text outreach
Stay current on carrier guidelines, underwriting appetite, and coverage changes
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualification
Required
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance
Strong prospecting and closing skills
Experience using CRMs and rating systems
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow up consistently
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Preferred
EZLynx experience strongly preferred
