Avalere Health is launching a 12-month program called 'Reach' for commercially focused scientific graduates aiming to build careers in medical communications. Participants will rotate through core areas such as Scientific, Project Management/Client Services, and Digital/Creative, contributing to real client solutions and gaining hands-on training and mentorship.

Contribute to real client solutions that help reach every patient possible

Kickstart your journey within the global medical communications team, rotating every four months across three core areas: Scientific, Project Management/Client Services, and Digital/Creative

Learn firsthand how teams develop life-changing solutions for patients around the world

Play an active role in making sure transformative projects reach the people who need them most

Dive into project-based work that tackles real client challenges, sparks fresh ideas, and helps shape the future of medical communications

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences (e.g., Biomedical Science, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Biotechnology, Physiology)

Excellent communication skills

Strong scientific understanding and writing ability

Digital and technological literacy, including familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and applications

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while functioning as a member of highly collaborative teams

Eagerness to learn with a positive, professional, and solution-orientated attitude
