Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners, product teams, and occasionally vendors to design, develop, and deploy application enhancements using Guidewire Jutro, React, and related front‑end technologies
Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues, including those within Jutro- and React‑based components, while clearly communicating risks, delays, and impacts to team members and leadership
Write clean, maintainable code using React, Jutro, Node.js, and supporting frameworks, including preparing unit tests, technical specifications, documentation, and actively participating in peer code reviews
Ensure timely delivery of work by contributing to Agile ceremonies, sprint refinement, and estimation, while flexing to additional tasks or non-core responsibilities when needed
Identify opportunities for process and workflow improvements, including automation, and mentor teammates in best practices across the team’s technology stack (React, Jutro, Node.js, Git, CI/CD tools, etc.)

Expertise with Guidewire Digital (Producer Engage)
Hands on development experience with React, Jutro, NodeJS
