Strong skills in Inside Sales and Sales to effectively identify opportunities and close deals

Experience in Purchasing/Leasing processes and an understanding of real estate transactions and agreements
Self Starter, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and deliver results
Familiarity with the retail commercial real estate market, particularly in MA & Southern NH
