CTAC is seeking a Jr. Drupal Developer to assist in developing and modifying Drupal modules and themes for their government clients. The role involves collaborating with a team to ensure project success and participating in daily scrum meetings.

Responsibilities

Developing new modules for clients
Modifying current modules
Working closely with a team of developers and project manager/scrum master
Meeting at the Daily Scrum to report on progress and request help
Supporting Drupal life-cycle and design tasks including installation, data migration, custom PHP modules, custom templates, security, and performance tuning

Qualification

Required

Experience with Drupal development
Experience with system integration
Experience with application security
Basic understanding of data modeling and manipulation for front-end / middle-tier / back-end coding perspectives
Understanding of Drupal Module development and modification
Experience with developing new modules for clients
Experience with modifying current modules
Experience with custom themes and modifying themes
Strong understanding of the LAMP stack
At least 2 years of experience with Drupal Internals
At least 2 years of experience with Drupal Module Development
At least 2 years of experience with Drupal Themes Development
At least 2 years of experience with Security
At least 2 years of experience with Performance Tuning
At least 2 years of experience with Linux/Unix
At least 2 years of experience with PHP
At least 2 years of experience with MySQL
At least 2 years of experience with JavaScript
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Preferred

Understanding of the SCRUM methodology
Experience with WordPress
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience with Facebook Apps
Experience with Mobile Applications
Experience with CSS/LESS/SASS
Experience with Caching / content delivery solutions
Experience with REST API development
