Own new-logo revenue targets, pipeline performance, forecasting, and quota delivery
Design and execute a scalable go-to-market (GTM) strategy aligned to agency growth goals
Build, lead, and coach a high-performing, quota-carrying sales team
Personally contribute to pipeline generation through outbound sales, networking, and business development
Align sales and marketing through a unified ABM strategy, demand generation, and account targeting
Lead high-value multi-service pitches and proposals across digital marketing, media, strategy, and technology
Optimize HubSpot CRM, sales automation, forecasting, and reporting for predictable growth
Integrate AI and automation into sales workflows, prospecting, pitches, and growth operations
Establish strategic technology and channel partnerships to expand market reach
Partner with client leadership to support upsell, cross-sell, and organic account growth
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in digital agency sales, growth, or business development
Proven success closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals
Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing and client buying behavior
Demonstrated experience applying AI, automation, and data intelligence to growth strategies
Executive presence with strong negotiation, pitch leadership, and team-building skills
