Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
Translate business and stakeholder requirements into actionable BI solutions
Develop complex data models and calculations using DAX (Power BI) and Tableau calculations
Extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources (SQL databases, Excel, APIs, cloud platforms)
Ensure data accuracy, validation, and compliance with pharmaceutical standards
Optimize dashboard performance and usability for executive and business users
Enable self-service BI and automate recurring reports
Document data sources, logic, and BI governance standards
Provide ad-hoc analysis and executive-level insights as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (required)
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI (required)
Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and Tableau calculations
Proficiency in SQL for querying and data transformation
Experience working with large, complex datasets
Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or regulated environments is highly preferred
