Responsibilities
Provide relationship-centered medical care to urgent care patients and clients
Diagnose and treat common urgent conditions, including wound management, gastrointestinal illness, ear infections, and end-of-life care
Collaborate with clinical leadership and support staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records using electronic systems
Support team development through mentorship and collaborative training programs
Build positive relationships within the practice and the greater Indianapolis community
Qualification
Required
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an AVMA-accredited institution (or ECFVG/PAVE equivalent)
Active veterinary license in good standing in the state of employment, or ability to obtain licensure
Interest or experience in urgent care or same-day medicine
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
