The Business Development Specialist role focuses on building relationships with real estate agents, managing a sales pipeline, and representing the company in various presentations and consultations.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with real estate agents and brokerages through phone outreach, cold calling, and in-person meetings
Actively prospect, follow up, and manage a strong sales pipeline using Phoneburner
Represent HOMEstretch at real estate office presentations
Deliver short presentations to real estate teams and referral partners
Meet homeowners on-site for consultations to understand their needs and recommend solutions
Make daily outbound sales and follow-up calls
Assist with creating service quotes and closing deals
Learn the operational side of our services by getting hands-on when needed

Preferred
