Responsibilities
Execute the assessment of client organizational needs analyses in advance of ERP launch including: Stakeholder Assessment, Change Impact Assessment, Organizational Impact Assessment, Communications Strategy and Plan, Training Strategy and Plan
Enable systems based Business and Cultural Transformation through the socialization and enablement of ERP Deployments for clients
Coordinate and manage the development and delivery of ERP training courses
Serve as lead analyst/facilitator for Role Design & Mapping activities
Develop common processes, re-engineer and streamline work efforts for end user migration to new system
Facilitate organizational adoption of new business processes associated with HR Policies enabled by enhanced technology
Aid in tactical execution of communications strategy; serve as a liaison to client’s Organizational Development team to ensure common and global messaging
Qualification
Required
High-level knowledge of ERPs and their interaction with business functions
Successful documented prior work experience as a consultant in Organizational Change Management associated with ERP software configuration and launch
In depth knowledge and practice of Change Management methodologies and processes associated with large-scale systems change
Bachelors Degree, or minimum of 5 years experience in related field, in Organization Development, Organizational Psychology or associated focus, and/or equivalent work experience in OD and/or Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Systematic thinker that effectively applies process oriented problem-solving techniques to identify solutions to complex situations
Ability for occasional travel – global included
High level knowledge of data and statistical analysis
Ability to interpret abstract concepts, guiding principles and business strategies
Ability to work through and motivate non-direct-reporting individuals
Superior communication skills (both oral and written), and the ability to present findings to all levels of the organization
High level of expertise with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Project required
Familiarity with all types of communications media, including traditional print and electronic, as well as digital and social
Handles special assignments, prepares presentations, functions in leader capacity
Attentiveness to detail and precision
Proactive work style; desire to take on additional responsibilities

Bi-Lingual Native or full business fluency in English/Spanish
