CORYS, Inc. is seeking an Operations & Technical Lead to join our team in Jacksonville, FL to support daily business operations. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who coordinates technicians and reinforces operational and quality best practices.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support technicians in day-to-day tasks and priorities
Help plan work to maintain efficiency and keep schedules on track
Identify issues, discrepancies, and roadblocks and resolve them quickly
Proactively plan and adjust priorities as conditions change
Apply QA principles to identify and address discrepancies
Support compliance with the Quality Assurance Program (QAP)
Reinforce proper material handling and inventory usage
Ensure parts and materials are accounted for, and processes are followed
Provide flexible operational and administrative support across teams
Step in as a catch-all resource when needs or priorities shift
Assist with troubleshooting, repairs, assemblies, or equipment support
Help keep technicians focused, organized, and on task

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business administration program preferred
3+ years of experience in operations coordination, operations support, technical support, or technician leadership roles
Experience guiding or coordinating technicians in day-to-day work
Strong problem-solving and planning skills with a proactive approach
General understanding of QA principles and discrepancy resolution
Familiarity with inventory best practices and material accountability
Technical aptitude; experience troubleshooting or repairing equipment preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to keep teams on track
