Qualification

Board Certified in Emergency MedicineActive Florida licenseACLS certificationBLS certificationPALS certificationMD/DO degreeDEA certificationFlorida CSRFamily Medicine experience

Required

MD/DO with active Florida license
Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM preferred)
Will also consider Family Medicine physicians with 4 years of EM experience and/or EM fellowship
ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
DEA and Florida CSR
