Responsibilities
Learn core functions of sales, service, and shop operations
Rotate through different roles including warehouse, service, and sales support
Gain exposure to shipping/receiving, distribution, inventory control, and vendor relations
Assist with location-level financial reporting, invoicing, and operational planning
Learn to effectively use Southern Tire Mart’s point-of-sale system (MaddenCo)
Attend scheduled feedback sessions with supervisors, complete assignments on time, and actively engage in learning assessments
Build a professional network within the company and develop resources for future career growth
Participate in regular progress reviews, accept constructive feedback, and demonstrate continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment drug screen
Strong interest in leadership, operations, or supply chain careers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
