Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager in financial services, with a focus on investment banking or capital markets
Proven experience working within Agile (Scrum) delivery frameworks; experience leading agile ceremonies and using tools like Jira and Confluence
Strong understanding of capital markets operations including syndication, deal lifecycle, compliance (KYC/AML), and regulatory reporting
Experience in documenting detailed BRDs, FSDs, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Proficiency in project tracking tools and productivity platforms such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, Lucidchart, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Working knowledge of data tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for analysis and reporting
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills across both business and technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and work with cross-functional global teams
Knowledge of or exposure to AI/ML-powered business solutions (e.g., NLP, document processing, insight generation) is a plus
Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, or PMP are desirable
Must be based in New York and available to work onsite in a hybrid model
Qualification
Required
