Responsibilities
Develop and refine graphic designs for publications, merchandise, and promotional products while ensuring alignment with established brand standards
Collaborate with production teams to transform client concepts into high-quality, print-ready deliverables
Prepare and optimize design files for both print and digital formats, including posters, brochures, and e-commerce assets
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat to produce exceptional designs
Adapt creative ideas into layouts suitable for various industries, including music, arts, fashion, and corporate sectors
Maintain a meticulous eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all design outputs
Create Microsoft Office templates and other design assets as needed
Stay updated on design trends and techniques to continuously enhance creative output
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met
Proven experience in graphic design, with a focus on creating print-ready and digital assets
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat
Familiarity with Microsoft Office templates and tools
Ability to work within brand guidelines and adapt creative concepts to meet client needs
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
Experience in designing for diverse industries such as music, arts, fashion, and corporate
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
