Lumina Events is an event production company specializing in lighting, audio, LED video walls, and staging for large-scale live events. They are seeking a full-time Assistant / Office Manager to handle day-to-day operations and assist with client and vendor communications related to AV production.

Responsibilities
Invoicing, bill pay, and basic accounting in QuickBooks
Tracking AR/AP and following up on payments
Answering and coordinating emails related to lighting, audio, LED walls, and staging
Supporting scheduling, logistics, and warehouse coordination
General office and admin support for a fast-paced production environment
Qualification
Required
Strong QuickBooks experience (required)
Prior experience in AV, event production, or equipment rentals
Ability to confidently respond to basic AV-related emails and questions
Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
On-site, full-time availability in Vernon (not a remote role)
