Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and close residential and small-business customers through door-to-door visits, local events, referrals, and digital outreach
Own the full sales cycle, guiding customers from first contact through installation and follow-up to ensure lasting satisfaction and referrals
Maintain a healthy 30-, 60-, and 90-day pipeline that reliably delivers at least $2,000 in new monthly recurring revenue each month
Act as the “fiber ambassador” for Socorro: attend chamber meetings, sponsor community gatherings, and cultivate trust as a familiar local face
Provide weekly forecasts and territory feedback so network construction crews can focus on the hottest demand pockets
Partner with marketing to launch neighborhood campaigns and special promotions that drive rapid subscriber growth
Coordinate with service operations to resolve activation questions and keep the customer experience seamless
Contribute fresh ideas for loyalty programs, bundles, and referral incentives as the network scales

Required

3 + years of quota-carrying outside sales success, preferably in telecom, cable, or other subscription services
Hunter mentality and comfort selling in rural or emerging markets; you are energized by knocking on doors rather than waiting for inbound leads
Proven ability to work independently from a home office while spending significant time in-market
High CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) and solid MS Office skills
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass standard background and substance screenings
