Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews for provider candidates
Arrange travel accommodations, including hotel, car, and air travel
Provide facility tours and ensure an excellent interview day experience
Create a smooth pre-boarding process from contract signing through first day of employment
Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure all forms and appointments are completed
Collaborate with team members across to resolve issues and deliver a positive candidate experience
Perform additional routine administrative duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent with five years' administrative support experience
Preferred
Associate's degree in applied science in administration or related field with one to three years' (1-3) experience in an administrative support position
