Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, acute care in a busy and well-equipped emergency department
Work alongside a collaborative medical team
Flexible scheduling with 12-hour shifts, including day and night coverage
Support patient care with a robust team of emergency department physicians, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff
Handle a mix of adult and pediatric cases presenting with a wide range of acute medical conditions
Complete documentation using EPIC as the EMR system
Qualification
Required
Board Certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM/AOBEM) or Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with significant Emergency Medicine experience
Active Florida medical license
Current certifications in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support)
Preferred
Emergency Medicine experience preferred
