Responsibilities
Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
Manage vendor setup, payment processing, and reconciliation of accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency
Train and mentor junior staff in AP/AR functions and best practices
Assist in the transition of financial operations from a shared service center to in-house management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable management
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP systems is a plus, but not mandatory
