The Receptionist will provide communication support, manage the facility's telephone switchboard, and perform various clerical duties.

Responsibilities
Provides supportive assistance for communications by utilizing the telephone system
Provides reception service to guests
Performs delegated functions as appropriate to the position
Fulfills responsibilities to the facility in adherence to philosophy and general policy
Demonstrates competency in skills and knowledge pertinent to the function of Receptionist
Utilizes paging equipment to contact facility personnel, as requested
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Six months in an office environment is required
General knowledge of accepted business telephone etiquette
Superior computer knowledge and skills
Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
Ability to perform each essential function of the job satisfactorily
