Responsibilities

Manage full cycle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Utilize QuickBooks to maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry
Perform bank reconciliations to verify account balances and transactions
Handle payroll functions, including calculating and submitting payroll taxes
Prepare and file local, federal, and payroll tax documentation as required
Generate financial reports to assist with budgeting and decision-making
Monitor and address discrepancies in financial records promptly
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and maintain accuracy
Respond to inquiries related to financial records and transactions

Required

Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
