Jefferson Wells is seeking a Senior Accountant - Corporate Analytics & Reconciliations to join their team in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will conduct corporate analytics and reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting while collaborating with various business units to complete financial reconciliations within the close process timeline.

Responsibilities

Conduct corporate analytics and reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Identify and rectify errors in financial entries, particularly in the newly implemented Workday system
Perform standard reconciliation processes while providing insights for necessary reclassification entries
Collaborate with various business units to complete financial reconciliations within the close process timeline
Engage in ad hoc projects, leveraging project experience in IT or construction as needed

Required

Proven experience in corporate analytics and reconciliations
Strong understanding of major ERP systems; Workday experience is a plus
Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights

Experience with project management is beneficial for ad hoc projects
