Responsibilities
Supervise daily shipping and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Coordinate with truck drivers to manage loading, unloading, and delivery schedules
Prepare and verify bills of lading and other shipping-related documentation
Input and manage data in logistics systems to maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping standards
Monitor the movement of goods and resolve any logistical challenges that arise
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize warehouse processes and workflow
Maintain a business casual dress code while adhering to workplace standards
Provide guidance and support to the team to promote effective operations
Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy of warehouse and shipping activities
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management
Familiarity with shipping functions, customs regulations, and distribution processes
Proficiency in logistics software and data entry systems
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle daily operations
Excellent communication skills to interact with drivers and internal teams
Ability to work on-site during standard business hours
Knowledge of business casual attire and attention to workplace conduct
Preferred
Certification in logistics or a related field is a plus but not required
