Make calculations and run models necessary to perform assignment in a format that can easily checked by others
Maintain proper filing, calculations, documentation, and drawing conventions/standards as established by Ciorba Group
Design work in MicroStation, Open Roads, and other software
Mentor staff engineers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from accredited school
5-10 years of roadway design experience
Indiana PE
Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
Experience on Indiana DOT projects
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred
Experience on Illinois DOT projects
