Responsibilities
Manage 3-4 accounts, ensuring smooth operations and consistent communication
Review and evaluate affiliate requests to determine alignment with brand goals and values
Invite and onboard suitable affiliates, aiming to accept 100 affiliates weekly
Provide creative briefs and guidance to affiliates to inspire engagement and successful collaboration
Monitor affiliate activity, including product delivery and posting performance, to ensure campaign success
Organize and maintain communication channels with affiliates, including setting up calls and inviting them to relevant platforms
Coordinate advertising budgets, managing campaigns with annual budgets of $1 million or more
Stay informed on influencer marketing trends to enhance campaign strategies
Facilitate affiliate engagement through platforms such as TikTok and Amazon, leveraging their tools for effective sales and marketing
Maintain detailed records and workflows to effectively manage high-volume affiliate interactions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in account management, with a focus on influencer and affiliate marketing
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of interactions daily
Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok Shop and Amazon for marketing purposes
Excellent communication skills to foster clear and productive relationships with affiliates
Ability to handle large advertising budgets and ensure effective allocation
Expertise in reviewing and assessing affiliate applications to meet brand standards
Skilled in providing creative direction and encouraging affiliate engagement
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
