Sales Manager - Staffing
Keller Executive Search is a well-established staffing company based in Dallas, seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with clients across various industries.

Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team revenue targets
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the client base and increase market share in the Dallas region
Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building with potential clients
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client needs are met with qualified candidates
Monitor sales metrics, prepare reports, and present performance updates to senior leadership
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
Proven experience in the staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions industry
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
Preferred
Established network of contacts within the Dallas business community
Experience selling staffing services across multiple industries (e.g., administrative, industrial, IT)
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
Certification in sales or management training programs
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field
