ASLPM is seeking a Performance Management Lead to join the High-Speed Rail Program in Sacramento. The role involves leading the management and integration of the Program’s Capital Baseline, working alongside leads in Cost, Schedule, and Risk to ensure robust enterprise performance.

Responsibilities

Act as the key resource for the Capital Baseline, monitoring changes on execution projects and maintaining records of scope, EAC, and schedule movements
Develop dashboards for executive reporting and provide analytical insights on actuals versus Baseline plans
Drive performance improvements by reviewing existing baseline structures and enhancing performance monitoring procedures
Coordinate with departmental and external stakeholders to elicit consistent responses to program controls requirements

Required

6+ years of project management experience specifically within the transit and mobility industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or Finance
Proficiency in data management, cost planning, and reporting techniques, with a strong understanding of construction project phases
Readiness for up to 40% travel to support program needs

Preferred

Experience with PowerBI, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office
PMP or MBA certifications are highly valued
