Lead and manage the Geotechnical Engineering Department
Oversee project execution, quality control, and technical excellence
Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and P&L
Mentor and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams

Contribute to strategic planning and company growth initiatives
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in civil or geotechnical engineering
Demonstrated success in department or team leadership
Strong understanding of geotechnical engineering principles and standards
Proven experience with budget management and financial oversight
Track record in client relationship management and business development
Collaborative leader who promotes a growth-oriented team culture
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geological Engineering (ABET-accredited)
Active Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license
Ability to obtain licensure within 3 months if not currently licensed
Preferred
Master's degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical focus)
