Director of Customer Success
Proven Sales is looking for a Director of Customer Success to lead their customer success organization. The role involves ensuring enterprise clients grow, advocate, and renew while managing onboarding, retention, upsell, and renewals for large clients.
Responsibilities
Own onboarding, retention, upsell and renewals for large enterprise clients
Build and lead a high‑performing CS team
Establish success metrics, drive client health, reduce churn
Partner with Sales, Product and Operations to convert value into results
Qualification
Required
Experience leading CS or account teams in tech or enterprise B2B
Proven track record: high retention, expansion, strong client relationships
Ability to translate outcomes into retention and growth
