Responsibilities

Conduct assessments to determine the needs of individuals applying for services
Provide orientation sessions to familiarize clients with available programs and resources
Deliver skills training to enable clients to effectively manage personal assistant services
Educate individuals on maintaining their personal care assistant programs for long-term success
Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to ensure clients are successfully utilizing assistance services
Address client inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and clarity
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress
Actively contribute to improving processes and resources for client education
Offer tailored solutions to each client’s unique needs and circumstances

Required

Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software
A commitment to providing exceptional service and fostering independence for clients

Preferred

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment
Familiarity with programs or services aimed at supporting individuals with disabilities is an advantage
