Responsibilities

At least 7 years of patent experience related to mechanical, electrical and computer technologies
Experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. patent applications, work with foreign counsel on international filings, and enforce IP rights
Manage IP due diligence projects and strategic portfolio management
Conduct legal and technical research and analysis involving FTO, validity and infringement opinions
Experience with USPTO post-grant proceedings is preferred
