Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to gather requirements and implement technology solutions
Customize and enhance applications to meet business needs
Support and manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
Track, document, and report work progress on a weekly basis
Create and maintain technical and design documentation
Execute all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) :
Analysis
Design
Development
Testing
Deployment
Production support
Develop and maintain large-scale web and database applications
Manage implementation of multiple part-system development initiatives
Qualification
Required
Location requirement: Only local candidates around Torrance, CA

Strong hands-on experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer using SQL Server
Solid understanding of both frontend and backend development practices
Strong proficiency in C# and .NET development environments
In-depth knowledge of the .NET Framework and .NET Core
Strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
Experience with database development and optimization
Experience with server configuration
Experience with UI development
Working knowledge of SQL and CSS
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision across multiple projects
Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks: Angular, React, SignalR
Experience working in large enterprise or highly scalable application environments
