Director/ExecutiveMeraki Solutions is an architectural firm based in Plano, Texas, expanding operations into Tennessee. They are seeking a Tennessee-registered architect to join as an Architectural Partner to help build and lead their Tennessee practice.
Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Serve as the Tennessee-registered Architect in Responsible Charge (AOR), providing overall design oversight and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards
Support the setup and expansion of Tennessee operations, including participating in client meetings and representing the firm locally as needed
Guide and collaborate with the internal design team throughout the development of residential projects to maintain design quality and consistency
Qualification
Required
Tennessee-registered architect
Ability to serve as the Architect in Responsible Charge (AOR)
Experience in providing overall design oversight
Knowledge of applicable codes and standards
Experience in supporting the setup and expansion of operations
Ability to participate in client meetings and represent the firm locally
Experience in guiding and collaborating with an internal design team
Experience in developing residential projects to maintain design quality and consistency
