Responsibilities
Assist Operations Program Managers in supporting analytics related to Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) within the Design Integration Group
Gain hands-on experience in understanding the end-to-end processes required to derive the company’s Total Cost
Assist in key aspects of design governance and project management, emphasizing the application of best practices to maintain uniformity and excellence in large-scale projects
Work directly with industry-standard techniques and tools, engaging in project coordination and team communication
Develop proficiency in advanced design software and digital workflows, which are essential for modern design management
Acquire a thorough understanding of Total Cost of Ownership and its impact on business decision-making
Integrate data from multiple sources to produce actionable insights for the organization
Strengthen skills in cost modeling, analytics, and operational planning by collaborating with both engineering and operations teams
Observe and participate in the entire design process, from conceptualization to final transfer to operations
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Architecture or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Currently enrolled in a 4-year university pursuing a degree in Architecture, Engineering technical Project Management, or a related field
Rising Junior or Senior status
Minimum GPA requirement – 3.0
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Positive and proactive attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficient with all aspects of modern working practice and tools, including MS Office, MS Teams
Travel required is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves
Preferred
Previous Internship experience preferred but not required
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
