Responsibilities
Oversee the entire bookkeeping process, including maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely reporting
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure seamless financial transactions
Conduct thorough bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date account balances
Perform credit card reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded
Prepare and file sales tax reports while adhering to local and federal regulations
Utilize QuickBooks for tracking and managing financial data efficiently
Generate detailed financial statements and reports for management review
Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes
Monitor cash flow and provide insights to support financial decision-making
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper with a strong understanding of financial principles
Proficiency in QuickBooks for managing and analyzing financial data
Expertise in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Skilled in performing bank and credit card reconciliations with attention to detail
Knowledge of sales tax preparation and filing requirements
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members
