Responsibilities
Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft and argue motions, conduct legal research, and prepare briefs and memoranda
Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert coordination
Appear in Delaware Court of Chancery and Superior Court Complex Commercial Division matters
Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on high-profile cases
Interface directly with clients and opposing counsel
Contribute strategically to case development and litigation planning
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the State of Delaware
2+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
Experience appearing before the Delaware Court of Chancery and/or Superior Court Complex Commercial Division
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Preferred
Large law firm or judicial clerkship experience is a plus
